Hi, I’m Staci
Let me share a personal journey that fuels my passion for what I do today.
In April 2014, as I was driving home from a workout, my world was shaken by a phone call from my parents. The news was devastating—my 54-year-old mom had been diagnosed with stage four cancer.
My parents, high school sweethearts with six kids and 11 grandkids, were held together by my mother, the glue of our family. Losing her seemed unimaginable.
Faced with this challenge, my father, known publicly as Russell Gray, co-host of the Real Estate Guys radio show, became a relentless problem solver. Recognizing the uphill battle ahead for my mother, he asked me to take over the Real Estate Guys so he could dedicate as much time as possible to her.
The urgency was real. My father, deeply passionate about his work, found himself working 16-18 hours a day, seven days a week. The pressure was immense, with everyone relying on him—business partners, teammates, employees, customers, and his ailing wife. With her ticking clock, he needed to be by her side.
In a heartbeat, he entrusted me with the responsibility of running our family businesses. We struck a deal: I would build a system and assemble a high-performing team. We streamlined processes, empowered our team, and achieved unprecedented success, allowing both of us to spend every precious moment with my mom.
Despite the heart-wrenching reality that our time on Earth is limited, we learned to leverage our resources effectively. On December 13, 2019, my mother’s clock stopped at the age of 59. The systems we implemented allowed us to be with her during her final years, and the business not only survived but thrived.
This experience is the driving force behind why I created my company, Organize to Scale™. Those leaders who are driven by a mission – those who are determined to make a mark but are slowed down by operational hurdles.
In the first 36 months of Organize To Scale™, we helped successfully systematize 36 businesses. I am determined to help support as many entrepreneurs as possible who are in the struggle of being trapped in their business that is designed for their freedom.
My mission is to help you bridge the gap between your big ideas and their execution, helping you develop systems that work efficiently, streamline your processes to enhance productivity, and grow your business without losing your sanity, compromising your values, or giving up your personal time.
Remember, the world needs your impact, and we can achieve that by working together to streamline you as a leader and your business operations.
We must have a vision,
feel called to do it,
and have the character to achieve it.
